I think you make several good points. While I would be incredibly reluctant to vote for Christie in a primary election, I do recognize that his personal experience as a mob prosecutor serves him very, very well in his current role. He knows how to taint the jury pool to his benefit, like no one's business. Walker, not so much.

Christie knows how to establish and maintain the narrative. He counter-punches quickly and effectively without being seen as whiny. That's not easy to do, but Christie does it effortlessly. Republican governor's would do well to follow Christie's lead in this regard, if they capable.

Seems like a fair comparison. Christie has experience as a litigator, Walker as an administrator. I’ll say this: We all screw up, and I’ve got a lot more respect for the guy who has second thoughts about an appointment and decides he made the wrong call and reverses it than I do for the politician who stands and fights for every single issue regardless of its importance. It’s knowing when to hold and when to fold. And Walker hasn’t folded on anything of real importance.
