Detectives have classified the shooting as justifiable. The case will now go to the Orleans Parish District Attorney's office for review.

If the detectives have declared it justifiable, what is served by having things reviewed by the DA's office? If the DAs clear the shooting, will the case then go to the state Supreme Court for review? And then what? How many times does it have to be deemed justifiable, to be justifiable?

Depends on whether the perp was one of eric's peoples and the shooter was not.
