What a coincidence... local Muslims inspire fear, sadness in true Americans.
bttt
I like the part about Jones inspiring fear...perhaps it will be contagious.
According to him, the Koran is directly from God, while the Bible isnt. Mediaite offers a transcript:
GHOSH: The thing to keep in mind that`s very important here is that the Koran to Muslims, it is not it is not the same as the Bible to Christians.
The Bible is a book written by men. It is acknowledged by Christians that it is written by men. It`s the story of Jesus.
TODD: Yes.
GHOSH: But the Koran, if you are a believer, if you`re a Muslim, the Koran is directly the word of God, not written by man. It is transcribed, is directly the word of God.
That makes it sacred in a way that it`s hard to understand if youre not Muslim. So the act of burning a Koran is much more potentially much, much more inflammatory than

The Bible actually IS the Word of God.
The Quran may have a few historical truths (and even some things that agree with the Bible from the Old Testement)in it, but it is not the Word of God.
The difference between Muslims and Christians is that the god of the Muslims is too small to defend itself. It cannot love like the true and living God of the Bible, it demands submission without love. Jesus fulfilled many prophesies from hundreds of years before He was born to show us that the real God is a loving God. No where in the New Testement does it tell us to kill in order to convert. (What the crusaders did is NOT a Christian act. What they did came from the pope, not the teachings of Christ).
If someone burns our Bible, we do not like it. Its disrespectful. It actually is much much worse than burning a Quran.
The difference is, our God and our people can handle it.
