If Kloppenburg is elected the Wisconsin mandate by the electorate in 2010 in this state will be negated by the WI Supreme Court and the unions will have won. Jean. I heard on FOX News today that if Kloppenburg wins, she doesn't take over until August. Do you know anything about that?

Doesn’t matter lower judges will just delay cases as they control timetables for hearing them. That’s what Sumi is doing now.
