As a result of 57-year-old Marthas Vineyard computer salesman Frank Heberts unconventional citizens arrest, Joshua A. Hardy, 27, of Middleboro, now faces child molestation charges in a second case out of Wareham involving another little girl, authorities tell the Herald.

The State’s Attorneys here in Florida would be looking for every way not to prosecute....no state atty/prosecutor in FL would survive re-election if they tried a disabled man who went after a child molester
