Jail?!?!? This grandfather needs to get a commendation and the key to the city.
Since when is it a crime to stop criminals? When did the criminals have more rights than the average citizen?

Only in Liberal, Communist, Criminal Rights-loving Massachusetts would a case like this even be considered for trial
The State’s Attorneys here in Florida would be looking for every way not to prosecute....no state atty/prosecutor in FL would survive re-election if they tried a disabled man who went after a child molester
