The international aerial onslaught against Moammar Gadhafi's forces has destroyed 30 percent of Libya's military capability, a senior NATO official said Tuesday.And the whole population of Libya is, what, 8 million? And the landscape is barren. And most of the powers of NATO are involved directly or indirectly in this mess. And this has been going on for a couple of weeks? Yeah, 30 percent sounds just about right. That number will be a comfort to NATO when Gaddafy wraps up his ground war in a few weeks, takes NATO captives as he recaptures all Libyan territory, and EU diplomats have to make obeisance in order to get the oil flowing again.
Time to sell k-duck some more weapons.
