In response to quack preacher Terry Jones burning the Koran, Senator Lindsey Graham wants to put limits on free speech. Perhaps the RINO Senator from South Carolina knows this, but his ambition is unconstitutional and as a lawyer Lindsey Graham should know this.

Politico reports:
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), a military lawyer, is the first member of Congress to say the legislature needs to explore the possibility, however unlikely, of limiting some kinds of free speech – like Terry Jones’ Quran burning – that help America’s enemies.
“I wish we could find a way to hold people accountable. Free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war,” he told CBS’s Bob Schieffer on “Face the Nation.”
“During World War II, we had limits on what you could do if it inspired the enemy,” Graham said, adding that he wanted to do “anything we can to push back here in America against acts like this that put our troops at risk.”

Will he likewise make burning the Bible, the US flag, the Cross, etc. illegal? If not, he can take his RINO ass back to hell. =.=

Yeah, that’s cool, Gramnesty . . . what about our Constitution which supposedly guarantees such burning, what about protecting our borders, stopping illegal immigrants . . . every time he opens his mouth he sounds dumber and dumber. Why doesn’t he just align himself officially with the democrats and leave us alone.
It isn’t the burning of the Koran that is the problem, it’s more about the controlled US MSM that feel a need to hype it and make a big deal about it all for eyeballs, profit and agenda. Meanwhile the stuff the press should be covering is kept under wraps.
I don’t want my rights whittled away any more than they have been in the last 10 years and this Lindsey dude from SC has a way of being on the wrong side of most every issue.
Make burning a Koran illegal and those things will be going up in flames all across the US.

Idiots burn books, unless they are, like many of the rural poor, burning no-longer-wanted books in a woodstove for heating fuel. But with a book like the Koran, Mein Kampf, or the Bible, far better to read and understand and discuss the book, hayna?

During WWII we fought to win and brought a world war to conclusion in under 4 years. We were able and willing to create and use the most destructive and horrible weapons as yet devised by man.

Graham is in violation of his oath, which he has publicly agreed to several times, to protect and defend the Constitution.
Even if you agree, for purposes of debate, that the Constitution allows for the revocation of “rights” during a time of war, the U. S. is not legally in a war at the present time.
The Congress has approved military actions, but has not declared war, its constitutionally authorized power.
Well, Lindsey, that’s a start, but if you really want to avoid “inspiring” the Muslims, they have a much, much longer list of acts that infidels should be prohibited from engaging in.

4. The hypocrites on the far left who jump at every opportunity to apologize for America seem not to mind when their heroes offend real Americans, only when foreign nutcases have their feelings hurt.
