Lindsey Graham want to make burning Koran illegal

In response to quack preacher Terry Jones burning the Koran, Senator Lindsey Graham wants to put limits on free speech. Perhaps the RINO Senator from South Carolina knows this, but his ambition is unconstitutional and as a lawyer Lindsey Graham should know this.

Lindsey Graham want to make the burning of the Koran illegal

Politico reports:

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), a military lawyer, is the first member of Congress to say the legislature needs to explore the possibility, however unlikely, of limiting some kinds of free speech – like Terry Jones’ Quran burning – that help America’s enemies.

“I wish we could find a way to hold people accountable. Free speech is a great idea, but we’re in a war,” he told CBS’s Bob Schieffer on “Face the Nation.”

“During World War II, we had limits on what you could do if it inspired the enemy,” Graham said, adding that he wanted to do “anything we can to push back here in America against acts like this that put our troops at risk.”

Every day this anti-Free-America creep, lindsey, is in office I will burn a page of my kuran. Therefore, isn’t lindsey responsible for that destruction and shouldn’t he resign immediately?

hmmm...maybe some chicken thighs too, love the BBQ’d chicken thighs!

Some ribs might be more appropriate, what with it being the Koran and all.

I wouldn’t even know where to go get a koran, but if they do make it illegal it’ll be on my shopping list. Along with some lighter fluid.

Barnes and Noble? Just guessin'...

Or some pork ribs. I love me some pork ribs!

Welcome to the annual Burn a Koran day BBQ. Our guest speaker is Louis Farrakhan. Followed by our favorite game, “Pin the tail on a Musim”.

You could probably go online and print one. I wonder though, what happens if I have a PDF of The Koran, and then drag it into the Recycle Bin? Will that touch off any riots in Afghanistan?

He shouldn’t forget to also make drawing cartoons of Mohammed illegal.

It should also be illegal to criticize the Muslim practice of honor killing. Criticism offends most Muslims... Our laws must MUST reflect Muslim 'feelings' - if they they don't Muslims might kill us. Isn't that what this is really about? Fear?

And while we're at it, we should teach our young to hand over their lunch money to the school yard bully.

And, why shouldn't they be allowed to stone women who offend them? And put us in prison if we offend them? Let's roll over for them - it's worked in all the other countries that have done it...

Trophy Photos... Now why is it that the press pretty much swept this under the rug, while running Abu Ghraib stories 24/7 while Bush was in office?

Ummm, cause when a dem's in office, the blame stops with a Republican - and if it can't be pinned on a Republican it gets buried. The 'trophy photos and AbuGhraib were both disgusting... but only one was disgusting for the MSM...

Don't be so coy, Ms. Graham. There's a way. Sponsor a bill to repeal the First Amendment.

Pork! Doh. Thought of that right after I hit “post”.

Must be ribs, or chops...maybe a huge pork roast. With lots of sauce.

dfw, if you drag it into the recycle bin and then do NOT restore it, you may be the cause of riots. I will not be responsible.

I think we can burn the Quran as long as it is wrapped in the United State’s flag.

“During WWII we fought to win and brought a world war to conclusion in under 4 years. We were able and willing to create and use the most destructive and horrible weapons as yet devised by man.”

Yep, and the dropping of the two nuclear bombs brought the war to it's conclusion under four years - along with the Soviet Union declaring war on Japan a few days after the dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima. Just a side note, as I am typing this I am watching a documentary about Roosevelt during the run-up to WWII. He and Churchill are sitting on the deck of a battleship and the crew is standing around them singing Onward Christian Soldiers. Now, wouldn't that throw the liberals into an epileptic fit today? The thought of that makes me, well, happy :)

Why don't we sell our birthrights over to the Islamists and get it over with?

Morons like Graham do not have any clue what these people area really after. Its considerably more than a little Lebensraum.

It isn’t the burning of the Koran that is the problem, it’s more about the controlled US MSM that feel a need to hype it and make a big deal about it all for eyeballs, profit and agenda.

Notice that you never see streakers and others idiots running onto a football or baseball field during a game anymore? It is because the enemedia has chosen, for whatever reasons, to no longer televise it. This is either yet another example of hypocrisy a/o this is another head fake to cover up for the Administration.

The rioting is far too isolated and too specific in target for it to have any relationship to the Koran burning.
