She had a long history of prior run-ins with the law, before she made the false Duke accusations. (She had even falsely claimed to have been gang-raped in a bathroom before).
Yet she was portrayed as a poor innocent college student trying to work her way through college, who had never danced before.
The local media had archives on her but chose to print the “storyline” rather than the facts.
It was much more PC that way...
They just LOVED that story line about rich white boys abusing a poor black girl. But it blew up in their faces, and miss precious constantly reminds them of how stupid they looked, and how stupid they are.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED the “college student” line they were pushing. That was THE FUNNIEST thing I had ever read.
