The advance said his appearances were sold out in advance. True, if you count the idiot ticket brokers who took a bunch at cut rate cost. He is scheduled to appear in Cleveland soon but few actual seats will be filled. Nobody cares. His fifteen minutes expired a couple weeks ago.
