The top pic looks like the force went from inside the cabin to outside the plane, although it could have been curled up by wind pressure, I guess.
At 30,000 feet what could one make impact with? A meteorite???
Otherwise, you’d have some internal force pushing its way out and leaving the plane with edges pointing outward from the exiting force.
You do have an internal force - air. At 30K feet, it's pushing out at something like 10 pounds of force per square inch.

Terminal velocity is about 160 mph due to air friction on the way down.
And yes...it would make an impact.
