Prosser's rulings, though, are a matter of public record. We see that he often concurs with the other conservative judges, but he's not an ideologue. The Wisconsin Law Journal reported in August that Prosser also concurred with the liberal justices more than half the time...

And her signs proclaim "Fight Back, vote Kloppenberg". Fight back doesn't sound impartial to me. Fight back against what? The vote of the people?
