Although I don’t post much I’ve been here from 98/99 and have read FR daily. It is like being in a bubble. Most here think critically as a matter of course, but the real world ‘out there’ hasn’t clue 1 about the details we here take for granted. I spoke to a woman just the other day that didn’t realize there was a ‘birther issue’ and was horrified to learn that Obama might not be exactly who he claims to be. There are millions like her.

That’s exactly right. I always act as if I’m a sincere, disgruntled liberal. It works. I’ve also told some liberals they’d better get their butts out of their azzes and wake up.

The ignorance in this country is all by design and it’s working like a charm.
This is the case with so many issues..Until we go door to door, most people will not know. Many people are too engrossed in trying to survive or they are too naive to grasp the government/media schemes which are destroying our nation. One more thing..The drug culture is out there draining the grey matter from more people than you could ever imagine..Even antidepressants numb the mind.
