I've wondered about that.

If I recall correctly, the charges he faced and was convicted of was were equal to a felony conviction, since the potential penalty was greater than one year. The actual penalty doesn't matter, from what I have read. It's the sentencing range.

If that is correct, it probably depends on the state he's licensed to practice in. Each state has its own rules regarding the conditions under which one is licensed to practice.

Dismissal from service = Dishonorable Discharge for an officer = felony conviction. At a minimum he loses RKBA. Unsure how this affects his professional licensing.

I wouldn’t imagine the connection, but I’m sure the Doctor will have no problem garnering Conservative patients.
