So....should someone actually get proof that obama is ineligible, will LTC Lakin’s conviction be expunged and he get back pay and such? If obama is found ineligible he should be imprisoned along with the congresscritters who “validated” his eligibility.
No. Obama could be uncovered as a fraud and kicked out of the White House tomorrow and Lakin would still be guilty of missing movement and refusing to obey the lawful orders of three superior officers.
