I respectfully disagree.
The neutron bomb was developed to minimize collateral damage.
Why would we want to minimize collateral damage there?
Could even cause collateral damage there?
Is there even any collateral to damage?
We can protect the mountains. They are probably more valubale than the people there - like rare earth metals.
