Good to know that the fear of a voter backlash might not be as warranted as we think.
Now to beat the union media blitz in OH, WI, NH, etc...
It is about message. The voters by even larger margins support govt cuts and cutting spending. That is how things need to be cast as doing the responsible thing that any average hard working American has to do when they get into a a budget mess. They cut their spending. The GOP needs to take notes from Christie and don’t be afraid to make an adult argument in the face of spoiled children (govt unions).
