This needs to be said HOURLY by the GOP...fair or flat but reform the damn code.
This is why RIGHT NOW we should immediately implement the Steve Forbes flat income tax plan and do a four-year transition process that will essentially end the income tax and replace it with something akin to FairTax (H.R. 25/S. 13).
