I can't see any school board putting up with a teacher who would would issue electronic death threats when they are trying to convince students they should not 'bully' other students about pimples on facebook.
No. The courts may give her a slap on the wrist, but the K-12 educational establishment is going to throw her ass under the bus. Count on it.

Bill Ayers retired from UI-Chicago recently and the Board of Regents recently turned down his application for Professor Emeritus status. Sweet!
