No I'm not stupid - I know very well about tax returns and specifically when they are involving RE.

But since you pose the 'can't be that stupid' - I'll give you the last word because of YOUR NEED to appear smart. Don't want you to loose any of that hot air from that ego. Trumps tax returns, yes/no audits don't even reach 'a little concern' line of my meter.
