Sure he would. He’s not that clueless to not know that you don’t start at the top in every area. And I’d say VP is starting as close to the top he could get though - considering he has not be in the political arena before. Remember - he worked his way up in the RE field - he created his empire by risk taking,foresight and money management and not through affirmative action.
