Debbie Schlussel had this in 2008.
You know, I think “birther” is a term ascribed so as to divert attention from what they are asking for. A “birther” would be someone who is in favor of birth, which pretty much everyone has gone through, if their mother allowed them to. I am a “birther”, in favor of birth. I don’t know of anyone who is against birth, per se. There are those in favor of abortion, but they come to favor birth eventually when they want to actually have children. No, “birther” does not describe people who want to see a birth certificate. That is why there is no “birther movement.”
I liked the term I saw yesterday, applied to Donald Trump, and that is “Proofer”, someone who is in favor of proof. I am a “Proofer”, in that I want to see proof. I am asked for proof lots of times. I’m not a “Poofter”, that is something else entirely, and not even on the same subject. I wonder if there is a “Poofter Movement”. Hmmmm.
Anyway, I have to prove USA citizenship, because I am white and speak with an American accent. But if someone is Mexican, it would be profiling to ask to see proof of citizenship. And the same for Presidents. Sarah Palin will be disqualified if she doesn’t show hers, and already they are trying to poke holes in Trump’s birth certificate, but Obama, well, you racist conservatives are profiling again. It would be funny if it weren’t so serious.

you can check here. all you need is the SS number and birthday. i don’t see anything stating a citizen can’t use this.
the other guy (schlussel) did his via Freedom of Information Act.
Remember a few years back when twits like NBC’s David Gregory were demanding George Bush’s NationalGuard records?
If you read Jack Cashill's book, the thesis of which is that Bill Ayers ghost-wrote Obie's books, the descriptions of the "rich white girlfriend" pretty much fit Diana Oughton to a "T". She was Ayers's girlfriend 'til she blowed herself up, leaving Ayers to settle for Dohrn.
Um, there's an officer sitting in the brig right now that might disagree with that assumption.
I know and his book is on my reading list.
Probably one of Bill Ayres dreams, not Obama’s.
That was a tipping point for me too.
Broke “the law?”. More like busting a fraud...
Moreover, most of what gets called federal law isn’t law at all because it is unconstitutional.
Or after......
What he doesn’t want revealed, IMO, is that his birth certificate is for one Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. It is an amended birth certificate after adoption. He is living under an assumed name, Barack Hussein Obama. He has never legally changed his name.
Didn’t he attend Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro? Sometime after that, he decided upon the identity of Barack Hussein Obama. Whether he was given that name at birth, in Kenya (as so many people claimed when he was running for Senate in Illinois) or Hawaii, it doesn’t matter now: He is living under a non-legal assumed name.
If he broke the law, I’d consider it to have been done in service to his country, so long as he didn’t use the information to get some personal gain. If the Congress, the States, and the courts have abdicated their responsibilities under the Constitution, then it falls to the citizens to pick up the flag and carry on. In the face of a hostile government that is no longer representative of the will of the people, then a few laws must be broken, that is inevitable.
Better to violate Obama’s privacy rights in order to settle the issue than to let things devolve further and risk more desperate recourse.
Are you implying that he had boyfriends prior to meeting the first wookie?
“Should be: Impersonating someone who is already impersonating a President...”
Yup, if Obama’s SSN and name are fake, then whose identity exactly is the Colonel supposed to have stolen?
Sounds way too much like poofer, so it will never catch on.
Not me, but there was that Larry Sinclair guy.

“Documenter” is what I use. A bit long but it has an official/legalistic ring to it.
