Now Judge Dingbat is threatening the State AG.
Can you say judicial misconduct? I knew you could...

Dane County District Attorney, Ismael Ozanne. Ozanne, a Democrat, charged that the law should not be enacted because he believed Wisconsin lawmakers violated a state open meetings law, requiring 24-hour notice, when they passed the measure.Violated the OPEN meeting law. Everyone in the state knew about this law.
They are socialists, who just don't like
the outcome of the vote.

Judge Sumi has declared that the bell you heard ring has not rung. ???
Gov Walker needs to continue to enforce the new law and just let this judge stew in her own union thug juice and pound her bench in frustration.

No.
They will simply go to the judge and object to something else.

Dane County is not representative of Wisconsin. Heart of liberalism, why it’s called Madistan.

Sumi's son works for the labor unions.
Why do I have to obey the law when these liberals don't?

“Has the local news media bothered to report on the judges obvious conflict of interest? Or have they deemed that unimportant?”
They deemed it unimportant. I think if the media wasn’t unionized the results would be a bit different.

For the same reason you have to, or choose to, pay protection money to the mafia.

Am I missing something here, or couldn’t the WI legislature just do a re-vote on this bill with the dems present? Or is that somehow too difficult?

I guess I shouldn't, but I'm finding myself surprised that the coming despotic regime is being brought to us by the kleptocrats in the public sector.
I had always assumed the takeover would be more ideological than just a matter of pure greed.

Underwear will be worn on the outside so we can check. Furthermore, all children under 16 years old are now... 16 years old!

Supposedly several of the republicans have gotten cold feet, as republicans are wont to do, and will not vote a second time for the legislation.

In answer to your question, having lived in Madison most of my life, years ago, a contest was held to name Madison....they were seeking names like, “America’s City” or something else equally ridiculous.
A friend of mine came up with two great names, neither of which made the cut. The first was, “The Fairyland of the Dairyland” and the second was, “Forty Square Miles Surrounded by Reality”.
The lapdog media in Madison whole-heartedly supports the Circuit Court judge’s opinion.
The underlying focus of this pathetic dictate proclaimed by Sumi is the left’s attempt to tie this issue to the upcoming Supreme Court Judge election. If the left and their union cohorts succeed in electing the leftist candidate, it will change the make-up of the court and activist, leftist judges will be in the majority.
