For a show with a lot of bullets flying around, no one ever got killed. It must have been a government conspiracy.... Not to mention the special grenades which only seem to catapult the bad guys through the air instead of having any real fragmentation or blast effects.

Would it not have been so much better if instead of catapulting bad guys through the air, they just catapulted a bad guys arm or leg through the air. With a bloody tendon hanging on the end every now and again..
