(CBS/AP) LONDON - Britain's Foreign Office says Libya's Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa has arrived in the UK and is resigning from his post.
The Foreign Office says in a statement Wednesday Moussa arrived from Tunisia, and that he traveled here under his own free will.
The statement says: "He has told us that he is resigning his post."
It was not immediately possible to confirm the statement with Moussa or people close to him.

He has told us that he is resigning his post. We are discussing this with him and we will release further detail in due course.
Moussa Koussa is one of the most senior figures in Gaddafi’s government and his role was to represent the regime internationally - something that he is no longer willing to do. We encourage those around Gaddafi to abandon him and embrace a better future for Libya that allows political transition and real reform that meets the aspirations of the Libyan people”.
Is Defective or has defective. I am sure if he stayed they would hang him.

Moussa Koussa could be a hot potato for Britain as he was in charge of the Interior Ministry and was involved in kidnapping and the Lockerbie bombing.
It is said that he has brought many documents with him and he certainly knows where all the bodies are buried.
The British may possibly decide to persuade him to take refuge in some other country.

Musa Kusa is an international war criminal. He was the point man on the arming of Darfur Arabs who used them to attack the Massalit and Fur. He was behind the arming of the Toubou, the Zaghawa, and three or four other tribes. He was point man in the effort to overthrow the government of Chad. Blood is not just on his hands, he wades in it.

I made a mistake when I said he was the former Interior Minister, he was the chief of security and intelligence outside of Libya between 1994 and 2011.
He was responsible for tracking down, kidnapping and assassination of dissidents, terrorism including the Lockerbie bombing and the attack on the German disco that resulted in the loss of life of Germans an American and Turkish woman.
Quiet a oroblem for those four goverments.
Sounds like a real ruthless muzzie dude, security and intel people in those countries are nothing but torturers and murderers.
Al Jazeera is reporting from Tripoli that four more ministers are defecting to England, one of them is the assistant Foreign Minister — I did not catch the names and portfolios of the others
Sounds like the muzzie rats are seriously abandoning the sinking ship. I’d bet Gaddafi is going to meet Saddam’s fate before long.
