IIRC, a copy of Obama's draft registration form has been in the public domain for years. I'm not sure why this is suddenly news.

All anyone has to do is run Obama's info with one of the many SSN's associated with his name & see which one(s) make a hit. No disclaimers on the page. No laws broken.
