Ok...but should it really be this confusing ? We The People have a right to know everything about our President. We know more about the inner workings of the CIA, NSA, and the Fed combined than we know about the Kenyan Usurper.
Like Donald Trump, I’m a relative newcomer to the Birther Movement. What brought me over was the fact that there was no information about Obama’s mystery birthplace, and there’s no way to find out.

Im not trying to be funny or mean, but I’m convinved he was “For Sale” back in the 80’s. He was in NY, and no one remembers him. Old men who buy a round with a boy are never going to talk about it to the press.

They can run out of numbers to issue under the current system while still having unissued numbers. Blocks of numbers allocated to low-use geographic areas sit unusable as long as they are tied to those areas.

NOT ANYTIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE! True. They have 5 more years left in several states. They could have waited a few more years, I guess, but I prefer they manage in advance, rather than wait til the last minute and spend twice as much to rush-implement.

Wrong! They have much longer than that. There are many unused groups available. Not as contiguous blocks, in accordance with the current procedure. There needed to be a change from the current procedure in a few years.
Obviously, there are other blocks, but if they're changing the policy, why not open all the blocks up now that we have computers? I don't buy the idea that it will hamper identity theft, though.
