Smoke Seen Rising from Fukushima No. 2 Nuke Plant
Fukushima, March 30 (Jiji Press)--Tokyo Electric Power Co. <9501> said Wednesday smoke was seen rising from a building near a reactor of its Fukushima No. 2 nuclear power plant temporarily.
Smoke was confirmed to be rising from the turbine building of the No. 1 reactor at around 5:56 p.m. (8:56 a.m. GMT), the operator of the plant said, adding that it could no longer observe any smoke.
Officials said the smoke apparently came from a circuit breaker for a pump used to send water condensed from dews on turbine pipes.
No injury has been reported from the No. 2 plant and all of its four reactors remain in a stable condition called cold shutdown.

P!
Duh.
Smoke, it is what makes everything work. When you let the smoke out, stuff stops working.
no, this is a different complex.
Must be Lucus electrical equipment in there.
The “No. 2 Nuclear Power Plant” means this is the Dani facility, which has all 4 reactors shut down with no issues.
That’s correct. I hope there isn’t any unforeseen problem there.
Idiot with a screwdriver + High Voltage electrical equipment = smoke.
