Well according to Wi statue the law has not been legally published yet. It does not become legal until published in the paper of record, the WSJ I believe. The quickest and cleanest resolution to this mess may be to just pass the law again, meeting any and all notice requirements to the letter. That would take away much of the legal complaint about this legislation.

It has already been published in the WJS by a different organization than the Sec. of State.

I am not a lawyer and not in Wisconsin but Walker has been ahead of the liberals at every step - he has been shrewd enough not to broadcast his plans.
