Gosh, getting parking tickets around Capitol Hill? I've never heard of any members of Congress complaining of inadequate parking facilities there.

Wonder if the $2,000 used to pay Weiner's parking tickets came out of a congressional appropriation - or unused funds in his campaign war chest?
