To: Two Kids' Dad

Not from what I understand about Hawaii law.The COLB is a separate document that anyone can file to get in the first year of life no matter where they were born.One of the Japanese generals in WWII boosted of having one.

It wasn’t a Japanese general, but rather Sun Yat-sen, Chinese revolutionary often referred to as the “Father of Modern China.”

Prior to, and in the early days of, statehood, apparently anyone could claim Hawaii citizenship just for the asking.
