Bolton and Obama with his enablers, would say that in the order of social things that you make before you declare or give intent. I don’t buy Bolten’s and Obabama’s twisted ordering of events. There should have been thorough consideration about Libya before the action being taken’ There was plenty of time if Congress and Obama had been giving attention instead of vacationing. Another case of both neglecting obligations. There was no imminent danger to the USA as proven by absence.
