Yes, a long form would have been better, but, if you look closely, there is a doctor's signature on Donald Trump's birth certificate.

What Trump has released is far more informative than what Barry has allegedly released. Trump's has 1) the name of the hospital, 2) the signature of the Dr. attesting to the birth and 3) a second signature, probably the hospital administrator.
