Am I missing something? That’s not a birth certificate issued by the state of New York. It looks like it was given out by the hospital itself. Under any of the legislation being considered by the various states, this would not qualify as proof of natural born citizenship.

The information on Don's birth certificate can still be verified, the hospital, and the doctor who delivered him.
