What I don’t understand is why bother with Fox News - it only has around 5 million viewers (and that’s the top show - BOR).
We are entitled to watch and watching is optional. It’s not like there is any fair and balanced reporting alternative.
Allowing a few million people to view fair and balanced reporting - at least from their point of view and in most cases from any point of view seems like nothing to worry about or be concerned with. Now, if 50 million people started to watch FOX News I could see their point, but right now why waste funds on damning Fox News?

Because they are strongly targeting Beck, He may be exposing things they don't like. Soros's hand and manipulation in foreign policy and social media, no one else seems to be covering this.

Beck also played the Stephen Lerner tape (Union financial terrorism plan) on FOX and Lerners visits to the White House, Treasury Department.— which I think put the left in a tizzy. Someone on their side is helping to expose progressive agenda.
