The only "fact" you gave me was a youtube video in which Obama makes the obvious observation that government corruption is hampering Kenya's economic development. You have presented nothing that would even suggest his actions violated the Logan act.
There is a reason no member of Congress and no Justice Department offials even suggested he might have violated the law on his Kenya trip.
