Yes, and it is a claim that has no merit, as you have no evidence to back it up. And no, the youtube video does not give any evidence of a Logan act violation. It is not a crime for a Senator to give speeches in a foreign land about how government corruption hampers economic development.

Obama has broken law upon law and his supporters spin the facts in order to defend him just as you are doing in this thread. Even from many reports during the election Obama had been violating the Logan Act and negotiating with foreign governments hostile to the United States and a pattern of this could be shown from Obama and from the democrat party overall from Ted Kennedy to John Kerry to an endless amount of democrats.
