But forget Lugar. Let's suppose he doesn't care about rule of law. What about all the other GOP members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee? Surely thay all aren't RINO's. How come not a single one accused Obama of violating the Logan act?
What about all the members of the military who travelled with Obama to Kenya? How come none of them accused Obama of doing anything wrong? Are you going to call them all traitors, too?
To date, you are accusing Dick Lugar, president Bush's justice department, every Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations committee, and several decorated military officers who traveled with Obama of being complicit in a violation of the Logan act. Are you really prepared to make that charge against all these people?
As I have already said; it is well known in America that many of our laws are not being enforced when it comes to the politicians themselves (or their cronies) and that the Constitution is being trampled upon.
You can go along your perverse path of logic in order to defend Obama but it is obvious that he should have been charged but of course the corruption within both parties prevents this being that of course they may have to actually battle for the rule of law. Republicans fold being that they fear the battle.
Obama absolutely should have been charged and he absolutely expressed his dual loyalty by injecting himself into the Kenyan Presidential election. John Kerry should have been charged as well for his treasonous acts but of course the same form of corruption and fear prevented that as well.
So your little characterization of claiming ‘to date you are accusing every…’ is just a ploy in order to try and win a debate and defend your hero Obama. It reflects nothing about the reality of the situation we face in this country at all. I supported President Bush and I support the Republican party but I see the flaws and the faults and the corruption they engage in all of the time. I also see that you are a left-wing troll.
