Now as far as you citing cases from Dr Conspiracy, a statistician who admits (and proves it) that he is not a lawyer, I suggest you read the cases he cites and show us one on point. You continue to make statements without doing your own research and your allegations are faulty (crap).
here is one example he cites:

How does that conclude anything? The case had to do with work release from prison and NBC was not argued.
