Why isn’t Lucas Smith in the federal pen for floating the Kenyan BC?
I'm not sure what he did was a crime. Even if it were, I can see why no prosecutor would waste his time on it. Prosectuors don't have the time or resources to prosecute every violation of the law.
There’s also enough information in the public domain to prove that he was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
