Because they all know what will happen if this turns out to be true. A constitutional crisis. All bills passed and signed by him will be null and void. His vice Presidential selection could be voided. Which would leave who in line to be president?

That is the main reason Congress and SCOTUS are ducking the issue. Its a MASSIVE constitutional nightmare.
Personally I want them to buck up and deal with it. Thats what they are in their positions to DO.
I believe Biden would be sworn in as POTUS even though it is all unprecedented. What else would they do?
