Did BO Sr. ever get a US passport - did he ever take the oath that all naturalized citizens are required to?
According to this article by the DailyMail.co,UK BO Sr was illegally married to Ann at the time of BO's birth....IIRC, Hawaii doesn't support polygamy/bigamy, that alone should in effect disqualify BO as natural born because BO Sr's & Ann's marriage was completely illegal.
