Actually, considering that’s a screenshot from the Evangelion movie, that’s almost certainly a Japanese cruiser of some kind, or more accurately, a NERV cruiser.

Yup, I just picked up on the number. Not that familiar with
the Japanese ships, but it does look a little like our
cruisers. Got a tour of the Chung-Hoon a couple of years
ago, very cool ship!
