The person locked in the closet was held without will by someone who had no authority to confine anyone. That’s kidnapping.
Eh, so what. As other posters have pointed out, if Dick Cheney had done such a thing, we'd still be hearing about it to this day. Maybe the reporter will get a clue and report it as such.
I have never seen that part of the first amendment that allows reporters to cover certain speech and to ensure that the reporter is shunted behind closed doors for that part of speech that someone does not want him to see.
I am disappointed that the reporter took it so well. Someone should be fired and a major lawsuit needs to be filed.
