I have to LOL that they think they could make more in the private sector.. never happen, they have no clue about the “private sector” they have fed too long at the public trough .
I have yet to meet a public school teacher that I would want working for me in the private sector.
And certainly not at the going rate. You’d need 3 or 4 teachers to get a week’s worth of work.
