“It’s not that hard for women to avoid getting drugged...but then of course they have to avoid getting ripped at college.”

Interesting way to put it. Is it the woman’s responsibility to avoid getting drugged or the man’s responsibility to not drug a woman?

Both...it depends on whether you are more concerned with preventing the crime, or instilling punishment after the crime.

To me they both have a place, although, if it was my sister, I’d be much happier to see the crime prevented, as opposed to having the crime happen and then watching the guy (rightfully) get put away for decades.

To really have no risk, a woman would have to only consume beverages from a previously sealed container, keep the beverage in her possession at all times, and not allow anyone near her beverage. She could bring a water bottle in her purse, for example.
