There was story released by Fox thursday that just last month Obama requested $1.7 million increase to go to Gadaffi. If that story's true. why?

What an excellent question. Was the increase approved? Maybe Daffi want more. Perhaps there was a disagreement between Barry and Daffi...like maybe Barry told him to lay of AQ and the MB?
