Yep exactly.
Just good that we are not at war in Libya and that
we are not picking a side (Obama) in a civil war.

They are trying to make up for all the ground they lost while Obama and the Brits were dithering at the U.N. That necessitates we not only take out the Libyan air resources but also their armor and defensive positions.

Our air-forces need to soften up the Loyalist army so the rebels can almost just walk in.

The good news is this is possible to do at a reasonable cost.

But we still need the Rebels to move in for the kill and secure control of their country on the ground.

Like it or not Air can level the playing field for them but we can never control a country from a 1000+ feet up.
