You dont get to decide which people deserve rights to free speech, especially not based on political thought. In fact, thats the entire reason for the First Amendment, which restrains government from making that decision. The freedoms in the Constitution arent a grant from Congress, but a recognition of innate human rights and a restraint on Congress from violating them....I'm so glad liberals decided to give me freedom

They dont deserve the freedoms that are in the Constitution! But well give it to them anyway.
At his age you would think the dessicated old relic would be more careful to avoid stepping on God's toes.

For the moment, the ideological heirs of those that believe the flames of liberty must be extinguished and the aspirations of the individual curtailed for the alleged good of humanity have grown more sophisticated in their methods of getting the people to comply with their agenda. However, as Americans draw ever closer to the breaking point of just how much they are willing to put up with as frankly we are fast approaching the threshold where there is precious little left for the state to steal, we must ask with concern: will the aspiring despots among us resort to the violent tendencies of their philosophical progenitors in the attempt to bring about socialisms ultimate triumph?

Considering Senator Lautenberg doesn’t intend to live up to his oath the “to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States,” he doesn’t deserve to continue to be a US senator.

by “don’t deserve the freedoms” it means that the right wing has no rights and should be oppressed and killed anytime by Democrats.

According to Lautenberg, he was fighting for the wrong side in WW II.

Nobody hardly asks which side Lautenberg fought for in WW II.
The State Dept. Nazi hunters missed one.

I'm so glad liberals decided to give me freedom I always thought the Bill of Rights was further limitation of the power of government that was supported by conservatives of the era.

Good question. I fear the answer is “yes.” There are plenty around Obama who would happily march Freepers off to labor camps.

Thanks mandaladon.
The Republicans in Congress claim they're concerned about the budget balance, but it's a disguise! It's not true! It's a lie! That's not what they want. They want -- they want other people not to be able to have their own opinions. They don't deserve the freedoms that are in the Constitution! But we'll give it to them anyway.
Just try to take 'em away, you miserable crooked a-hole. We will never have to worry about threats from your kind, ever again. Count on it.
The liar was addressing Planned Parenthood, which already got corrupt judges to take away 1st Amendment rights from peaceful abortion protesters, by misappropriating the RICO Act.
Meanwhile, the RICO Act is nowhere enforced against the New Jersey mob.

He’s right. Republicans don’t deserve the freedom set by the constitution because they refuse to fight for those rights and to keep the country financially viable.
